Orders
Our team processes orders quickly and efficiently to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change, please email us within one hour of placing your order at support@uchiandsoto.com and we will do our best to help with your request.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your parcel’s journey in real time. If you’ve created an account, you can also log in to view your order status anytime.
You can enter your promotion or offer code at checkout. Just type it into the "Gift card or discount code" box and click Apply. If the code is valid, your discount will be reflected immediately before payment is processed.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may still be able to help. Please email us at support@uchiandsoto.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Every Uchi & Soto order is carefully packaged in our signature FSC-certified box, designed to be both beautiful and sustainable. Your jewellery arrives presented in our reusable cotton pouch, within a recyclable outer mailing box, sealed with intention.
We understand how important your delivery is. While we take care to ensure orders arrive on time, occasional delays can happen due to courier issues or seasonal demand. If your order hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date, please email us at support@uchiandsoto.com and we’ll look into it immediately and keep you updated every step of the way.
