Yes, every Uchi Soto piece comes with a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing faults or defects. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@uchiandsoto.com and we’ll do our best to help.
We would advise you to contact your home, contents or travel insurance company to make a claim with them directly. If we can help in any way, such as providing any proof of purchase information that you may need, please contact us on support@uchiandsoto.com and our team will do their best to assist you.

If your piece has a manufacturing fault, such as a breakage or a faulty link or closure within 24 months of purchase, please email us at support@uchiandsoto.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it promptly and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
