If you received a Uchi Soto piece as a gift and need to return or exchange it, we’re happy to help. Please email us at returns@uchiandsoto.com with the gifter’s name and, if possible, the order number. We’ll guide you through the process and offer credit or an exchange for another piece that feels right for you. To be eligible, items must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Earrings may be returned, but they must not have been tried on, and both earrings must be included.

You can redeem your Uchi & Soto digital gift card at checkout. Simply enter the unique code in the “Gift card or discount code” box and click Apply. The card value will be automatically deducted from your total. If your order total exceeds the gift card amount, you can pay the remaining balance using any accepted payment method.
