Some higher-value orders may require a signature on delivery. If this applies, you’ll be notified at the time of dispatch.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.Items must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.Earrings can be returned, but must not be tried on and both earrings must be returned.To start a return, email us at returns@uchiandsoto.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you return instructions and a return label if applicable.

Please email us at returns@uchiandsoto.com with the name of the person who purchased the gift, the order number (if available), and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process and can offer a gift credit instead of a refund if preferred.

Your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link for real-time updates. For UK orders, allow up to 5 working days. For international orders, allow up to 15 working days. If it’s past this window, email us at returns@uchiandsoto.com and we’ll look into it right away.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s issued. Please allow 4–7 additional working days for your bank to credit the amount back to your original payment method.
