By applying to become a Uchi & Soto Ambassador, you agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of application. Uchi & Soto does not accept ambassadors under 18.

2. Referral Commission
As an approved Uchi & Soto Ambassador:

You will receive a 15% commission on all successful sales generated through your unique referral link.

Commissions are paid monthly via your chosen payment method.

All sales must be completed and cleared (i.e., not returned or refunded) before commission is paid.

Commission is calculated after the return window has passed for each order.

3. Content & Brand Alignment
You agree to promote Uchi & Soto in a way that is aligned with our brand values—authenticity, creativity, and thoughtful storytelling.
We reserve the right to end an ambassador’s participation if their content or behavior is inconsistent with the Uchi & Soto brand.

4. Shipping & Gifting
Ambassadors will be selected based on how well they align with the Uchi & Soto brand. If selected:

You will receive monthly jewellery gifts curated for you.

Shipping is provided by us, but availability may depend on your country of residence.

5. Compliance
You agree to comply with all local advertising and affiliate guidelines, including disclosing paid partnerships and use of affiliate links where applicable.
